Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Three Nine Group Inc., doing business as Three Nine Media ("Three Nine Media", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with.
It applies to threenine.media and to the services we provide.
1 · Information we collect
Depending on how you use Three Nine Media, we may collect:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- the property or service address, ZIP code and approximate square footage;
- the details of what you booked, and the appointment you requested or that we scheduled;
- your Order history, and the communications between us;
- any additional “Also send to” email addresses you ask us to copy;
- payment and transaction-related information;
- property media we produce for you — photos, video, 3D tours and floor plans;
- account information, if and when customer accounts are introduced;
- ordinary website, device and analytics information about your visit.
Some of this applies only to particular services, or to functionality that does not exist yet — customer accounts, for example. Where that is the case, the information is collected only if and when that functionality is used.
2 · How we use information
We use the information above to:
- provide the services you booked;
- schedule and confirm appointments;
- communicate with you about your Order;
- deliver your media;
- operate your account, where accounts apply;
- take and record payment;
- send transactional email about your Order;
- send optional transactional text messages, where text messaging is available and you have consented to it;
- provide customer support;
- protect our business against fraud and misuse;
- measure how our website and advertising perform;
- meet our accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
4 · Payments
Payments may be processed by a payment provider. Where payment information is entered directly with the processor, Three Nine Media does not need to store full card numbers, and receives only what the processor reports back about the transaction.
We do keep our own records of what was charged, paid or refunded on an Order, because we need them for the Order itself and for our accounting.
6 · Text messages
Transactional text messaging is optional, and consent to it is never a condition of purchasing any Three Nine Media service.
Where you consent, text messages are used for order, scheduling, delivery and service-related communication about your Order. This consent is not a consent to marketing messages.
Phone numbers and text-message consent information are not sold, and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email hello@threenine.media.
7 · How long we keep information
We keep information and media for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide our services, to maintain our business and Order records, to satisfy accounting and legal obligations, and to support the operational retention periods that apply to the work.
We do not promise to keep anything permanently. Clients should maintain their own copies of delivered media.
8 · Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9 · Your choices
For a privacy question, or a request concerning your personal information, email hello@threenine.media. We will respond to reasonable requests, subject to the information and records we legitimately need to keep for business, accounting or legal reasons.
10 · Legal and business disclosures
We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, property or safety or those of others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or other business restructuring.
11 · Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The Last updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
