How we work
Great rentals are designed, not furnished.
The listings that stay booked are built for an experience: the design, the details, the memories guests take home. We photograph them the way they deserve, for hosts who run their rental as a business.

The property is cleaned and staged before we arrive. Daylight, twilight and the surroundings: a short session, or an overnight stay when the property calls for it.

What should my Airbnb cover photo be?
The single image that shows why someone would stay: usually the strongest wide view of the main living space, or the exterior when the setting is the draw. It's the photo guests see in search results, so it decides whether they click.
How many photos does an Airbnb listing need?
It depends on the property, but we suggest at least 20–25: not just the rooms, but the details and the experience of the stay. Larger properties can reach 90–100 or more, covering daytime, details, sunrise or sunset, and drone.
How should I prepare my rental for a photoshoot?
Have it cleaned and fully staged the way guests will find it: beds made, towels set, personal items put away and every light working. We're happy to help where we can, but keep in mind we aren't interior designers or Airbnb representatives.
Are twilight and lifestyle photos worth it?
For properties with a strong setting or atmosphere, yes. Twilight shows the property at its most inviting; lifestyle photos with people show what the stay feels like, which is what guests are booking.
Can I add a 3D tour to my Airbnb listing?
Airbnb doesn't currently support embedding 3D tours. Hosts share the tour by link: in guest messages, on a direct-booking website, or with a QR code in the property.
Do you photograph vacation rentals outside Chicago?
Yes. We're based in Chicago and travel for the right properties across the US. Travel is planned into the project.
