How much do 3D renderings cost in Chicago?
Every project is quoted from your plans: the number of exterior and interior views, 360° renderings and seconds of animation. Send your drawings and you’ll get a proposal within two business days.
What do you need from me to start?
Plans, CAD drawings or sketches, plus your material and finish selections. For an exterior, photos of the lot or street help us show the building in its real setting.
Do you use AI to create renderings?
No. Every rendering is built by a 3D artist from your plans. AI image tools can make an attractive picture, but they invent details and can’t keep dimensions or materials consistent from one view to the next.
What’s the difference between a 3D rendering and virtual staging?
Virtual staging edits a photo of a real room. A 3D rendering is built entirely from plans, so it can show a home that isn’t built yet, or any room from any angle.
Can you make a furnished walkthrough video of an empty home?
Yes. We rebuild the home in 3D from its measured layout and real finishes, add furniture, and create a walkthrough video, horizontal or vertical.
What is a 360° VR rendering?
A rendering you can look around in, on a phone, computer or VR headset. It works like a 3D tour of a space that isn’t built yet.
